Issue
CRL Distribution Point (CRLdp) causes URLs to fail in RSA Certificate Manager
If configuring CRL Distribution Point URL to be as follows:

http://vogon.na.rsa.net:444/Foo%20Here.crl

, it is created by RSA Certificate Manager in the certificate as follows:

http://vogon.na.rsa.net:444/Foo%2520Here.crl
Does not point to https while defining a URL for CRL Distribution Point (CRLdp)
RSA Certificate Manager does not allow space in CRL Distribution Point (CRLdp)
Resolution
In RSA Certificate Manager 6.6, when CRL Distribution Point (CRLdp) is configured with the URL encoding %20, it displays as %2520 in the certificate. The RSA Certificate Manager 6.6 build305 allows for spaces in the CRLdp.

Notes
The issue has been viewed on RCM 6.8 build 515 as well. Worked around it by setting a manual URI in the jurisdiction config.
