Notes
1. Go to the DNS settings on the master site.
2. create a new _msdcs.<site name> zone using the New Zone Wizard
3. Use the following options:
A: Zone Type: "Primary zone"
B. Active Directory Zone Replication Scope: "To all DNS servers in the Active Directory forest <domain name>
C. Zone Name: _msdcs.<SITE NAME>.nic
D. Dynamic Update " "Allow only secure dynamic updates ?"
4. Bounce the Netlogon Service
