Unable to see encrypted data after a password change for a database user

Issue
After the password of a database user is changed (s)he is no longer able to view encrypted data.
NO ACCESS is shown for the encrypted columns.
Cause
Resolution
Whenever the password of a database user is changed, you will need to create a new set of keys to an existing user(s). In order to assign new set of keys to existing users, you can use Reconfigure User option.
Reconfigure the users in the following ways;
Reconfigure a single user.
Reconfigure all users in a role
Reconfigure all users of all roles
In order to use this option, simply right click on a user or role and click Reconfigure Users. To reconfigure all users of entire roles right click on the Role Node and click Reconfigure all Users.
