Access Manager login page loops
Unable to log in to Key Manager Appliance Admin console
Cause
Resolution
As an example, if you configured your RKM appliance to be called "rkm.rsa.com", type https://rkm.rsa.com/KMS in your browser. Do not use https://rkm/KMS/ or https://10.10.1.2/KMS (where 10.10.1.2 is IP address of the appliance).
The reason for that is that both the Admin and Operation console uses Access Manager to authorize access. Access Manager uses cookies and the value it sets in its cookie must match both its internal configuration (which was set at installation) and the address you typed in your browser.
If you are unsure of what to provide, log in to your RKM Appliance using SSH, and once logged in as root, type "hostname". The value returned should be the server name you provide in your browser.
