How to authenticate with software token for the first time

Resolution
1.Login to the machine on which the Software Token is installed.
2.Give 0000 in place of PIN for the first time authentication then copy the pass code generated and try to authenticate.
3.During the first successful authentication the user will be requested for new PIN .
4.Now create the new PIN and use the same PIN in Software token window.
Note:1 Please note that when ever you are trying to authenticate using Software token you have to provide the PIN in the software token window then only the correct password will be generated.
2.Also during authentication you have to provide only the pass code and should not provide the PIN.
