Installing the supported Oracle ODBC driver v11.1.0.6
Resolution
Verify no registry entries for ORACLE exist under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\
Now locate the following files from the official Oracle website download them.
NOTE: Even though the Operating system is running on a 64-bit architecture, the ODBC service used by enVision requires this specific driver.

instantclient-basic-win32-11.1.0.6.0.zip (43,316,697 bytes)
instantclient-odbc-win32-11.1.0.6.0.zip (725,154 bytes)
Extract all contents from both ZIP files to the same location.
After the files are extracted open a command prompt and navigate to the folder location and execute odbc_install.exe.
Select the newly added driver when configuring ODBC Data Sources.
