Unable to view an admin/vettor certificate details via Administrator Operations workbench

RCM fails to show certificate details on the Administrator Operations workbench when viewing an admin/vettor/auditor certificate. Instead of the certificate properties a blank popup is showed.

Notes
IMPORTANT: Listuclass is an internal database utility used to manipulate the RSA Certificate Manager db data directly. Customers are advised to use this only under the direction of RSA Customer Support or via the instructions of an RSA SecurCare Online Support solution.

If MD5 value for the admin/vettor certificate can not be determined via RCM admin interface, refer to the tool in solution How to calculate MD5 of a PEM formatted certificate.
