Issue
Unable to view an admin/vettor certificate details via Administrator Operations workbench
RCM fails to show certificate details on the Administrator Operations workbench when viewing an admin/vettor/auditor certificate. Instead of the certificate properties a blank popup is showed.
Cause
The problem happens because one or more jurisdictions from Vetting List of the vettor have been deleted.
Resolution
In order to view/edit a vettor's certificate you need to remove non-existent jurisdictions from VET-DOMAIN-LIST multi-value attribute in the xuda_certificate object using the listuclass tool:
https://<servername>:<adminportnum>/ca/admin/edituobj.xuda?dn=md5=<themd5ofvettorcert>

Notes

IMPORTANT: Listuclass is an internal database utility used to manipulate the RSA Certificate Manager db data directly. Customers are advised to use this only under the direction of RSA Customer Support or via the instructions of an RSA SecurCare Online Support solution.
