RSA Silvertail - RSA WTD: how to capture support snapshot from command line

The usual web based link to obtain a snapshot is at the top of the silvercat main page Capture Support Snapshot, and the link is: https://silvertail-silvercat-machine/silvercat/confirmsnapshot
Issue
support snapshot might take a long time, and times out in the browser therefore, unable to capture one
Resolution
There is a command-line version available.
From the silvercat server, run :
/var/opt/silvertail/bin/supportsnapshot.sh -f /var/opt/silvertail/etc/universal.conf -o /var/opt/silvertail/data/snapshot/ -n mysnapshot.tar.gz -m -u admin -p silvertail
Where ?silvertail? on the end in the SilverCat password.
Running it with --help will give you a list of all of the available options.
