Attempts are seen in the BO reports and in Transactions. RSA does not directly control these values that comes from this service.-
a drop in # Attempts coming from the Attempts service, this is not necessarily a bad thing. -- If Total Auth volume and Pass/Failed are relatively the same, (noting there are much higher percent of Pass to Fails) -- It may signify that there are some factor(s)(for example-- an improvement in the interface) that may be contributing to less authentications that could not be processed.
