Issue
iOS SecurID App 3.0.2 users are no longer able to share the binding ID or Email logs via email from their MDM-managed application.
Error message "You need an email account to share the Binding ID and email logs".
Cause
Workaround
- iOS EMM users must use the Apple iPhone email client (mail app) to send you the Binding ID.
- Users can copy the binding ID from the app and then paste it into a new email message to the administrator.
- Users may also provide the binding ID to their helpdesk over the phone.
