How can I view support cases opened by my team within the Case Management portal on RSA Link?
RSA Product Set: RSA Link (community.rsa.com) RSA Product/Service Type: Case Management (community.rsa.com/cases) Platform: Web Browser
When I log in to the Case Management portal on RSA Link I am only able to view the support cases that I have opened. I would like to have the ability to view the support cases opened by the colleagues on my team as well.
