After user locked himself on windows 2012R2, Windows GUI does not provide prompt to re-enter password or show an arrow to change account

RSA windows agent 7.2.1 build 101/93 on window 2012 R2 64bit standard.

 

After user locked, Windows GUI does not provide prompt to re-enter password or show an arrow to change account

 

This happens only on RDP.

 

Some machine works however, but most does not.

Hello James,

 

Please disable the below from the group policy on the machine

 

  1. Open Group Policy (gpedit.msc)
  2. Go to Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/ Security Options
  3. Change the value of  Interactive Logon: Do not display last user name to Disabled

 

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
