Customizing MFA Page during Radius Authentication

We are implementing RADIUS Authentication using RSA SecurID Cloud in Pulse Secure. 

Once we login with User Name and Password from First Page we are redirected to Second Page for Challenge / Response. That Page is normal HTML Page. Can we customize that Page

The page is generated by the application (Pulse Secure) and not by the RSA Cloud Authentication Service.  Contact your application vendor to discuss customization possibilities.
