Hello Regina,

 

You can add the windows logon prompts from the GPO by following the below steps:

 

1) gpedit.msc

2) Go to Administrative Templates -> Classic Administrative Templates (ADM) -> RSA Desktop -> Credential Provider Filter Settings

3) Then change the Setting for 'Exclude all third-party Credential Providers' and 'Exclude the Microsoft Password Credential Provider' to 'Disabled'

4) Then open Windows cmd and type gpupdate /force and press Enter.

5) Log off from the desktop and try to login again.

 

So kindly check and advise us back if this what you are asking for or there is any further assistance needed from our side.
