I am not sure the Third-party Patch 2.0 installed correctly. Is there a log I can check?

During a maintenance window, I successfully updated our RSA Authentication Manager Appliance 3.0 v8.1 SP 1 to Patch 14.  I then uploaded and applied Third-party Patch 2.0.

While applying the Third-party Patch 2.0, I monitored its progress via the  update details tab.  However, after the RSA Authentication Manager allowed https connections, the Third-party Patch 2.0 is not listed.  Is this normal?   The reason I ask, I have to install Patch 15. However, before I move forward with Patch 15, I need to ensure our RSA Authentication Manager Appliance 3.0 v8.1 SP 1 Patch 14 is operating correctly.

T.J.

I just accessed viewed /opt/rsa/am/server/logs/thirdparty_updates.log

It showed the following:

[Wed Jun 8 18:34:26 PDT 2016] Installed AM Third party patch version - 2.0.0.0

So, the Third party patch version 2.0.0 is not suppose to show up when I select the Update Detail Tab.  Is that correct?

Hello T.J. reed,

Sorry for late reply, it is not suppose to show up in the Update detail Tab, this is the correct behavior. Nothing to worry about.

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.

Best Regards,
