RSA Authentication Manager REST API

I want to hit RSA authentication manager REST APIs from custom Java HTTP Client or any rest client (Postman).

Do we have API reference guide for it or Is there any way to connect RSA authentication manager via REST/SOAP Webservices (without using Authentication manager SDK).
