Issue

Can the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle application (and, if required, the Oracle database as in the version 7.0 upgrade) be upgraded if there are active Reviews present?
 

Resolution

Yes it is fine to upgrade RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle when there are active Reviews present. The RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Upgrade and Migration Guide for your version notes that the system should be quiet before you start the upgrade. This means Reviews should not be generating at the time and all users (including reviewers) should be logged out of the application.
