Termination rule sometimes fails to create change requests to disable accounts in specific applications in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Article Number

000038592

Applies To

RSA Product Set: RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle
RSA Version/Condition: 7.0.2, 7.1.0, 7.1.1

Issue

A termination rule designed to disable accounts for one or more applications, detects the terminated user but does not create change requests to disable the accounts in those applications.

Cause

This issue occurs if a terminated user has accounts in multiple applications and another termination rule configured to disable accounts in one or more applications has previously been run, detected the terminated user and created change requests to disable accounts in those specific applications. When a subsequent termination rule runs to generate requests to disable accounts in other applications for the same user, no changer requests are created.

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-102860.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P09
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03
