ACE/Agent server certificate was not imported into ACE/Agent.
Before Network Access Protection and the ACE/Agent Proxy Service can be enabled, you will need to import the ACE/Agent's server certificate into the Network tab of the ACE/Agent.
The following instructions were taken from the "RSA ACE/Agent 4.4 for Windows NT Administrator?s Guide." Please refer to this guide for complete instructions. Enabling Network Access Authentication on a Server. 1. On the Start menu, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. 2. Double-click the RSA ACE/Agent icon. 3. Click the Network tab. 4. Click Import. 5. Browse to the directory where the server certificate file and key file are located. 6. Select the server certificate, and click Open. 7. Enter the password to unlock the server key, and click OK.
