Issue

RSA SecurID 64-bit Software Tokens do not install or import into RSA SecurID Toolbar
Nothing happens after performing Options > Token > Install Token File > and selecting 64-bit based .sdtid file. No error is issued.

Resolution

RSA SecurID Toolbar requires 128-bit AES tokens, and is not compatible with 64-bit tokens.
