Issue
Test Authentication with RSA ACE/Agent for Microsoft Windows prompts user to authenticate twice
User prompted to authenticate twice
Cause
The NAP module is installed with the Local module, but is not configured properly. The user is prompted for local authentication followed by a prompt for network authentication.
Resolution
On the ACE/Agent control panel, select the LOCAL tab. The Authentication Service should be "Use ACE/Server Authentication via Proxy" to allow both Authentication routines to act as one.
