E-learning not working

I am trying to access the SecurID Access E-Learning courses in the community, and have successfully logged in. When I click the "Register Now" button, it opens a new tab in the Education Services Portal :

https://education.emc.com/csw.html?id=812415017​

But this just shows a screen with:

Loading...

and it does not progress past this stage.  I am using Win10.1x32, and this happens whether I use Firefox , Chrome, or MS Edge.

Hi Jonathan,

 

This issue generally occurs when a user account wasn't set up properly.

If you could please send an email to the RSA Training Registration team at TrainingRegistation@rsa.com then they will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
