How to troubleshoot connectivity from RSA Authentication manager to Cisco Firewall?

Hi Team,

I want to know the troubleshooting steps on the command line interface to check the connectivity from

RSA Authentication manager -------> Cisco ASA Firewall.

Ping is active but what other things I can check for successful communication?

I would start by looking at the traffic being received by the Authentication Manager using "tcpdump".

See: 000016395 - TCPDump for the Authentication Manager Appliance 8.x

Start "tcpdump" and attempt to perform an authentication from the Citrix system. If nothing is shown in the "tcpdump" output, then I would look to see if there is a firewall or something else preventing the traffic from being sent.

If you are seeing network traffic from the Citrix system, you may need to gather some logs (from both the server and agent) and contact customer support.
