QR Code Import Error Occurred
We are seeing an uptick in users that are having issues with importing their QR Codes. Following all troubleshooting instructions, checking permissions, uninstalling app and re-installing app, using the phone camera to scan the QR Code, checking for AV or AntiMalware or Firewall apps - the QR Code still will not scan. Anyone else having this issue?

We simply disabled the SSL inspection on the firewall rule related to the web tier servers and things worked fine.

Is it happening on all mobile devices or a specific type of OS?

We have it happening on iOS 15.1.1 and an iPad on 14.7.1 - this seems to be more noticeable we believe because a large portion of the user base got new phones over the holidays. Everyone I spoke with was on a brand new iPhone 13.

We faced this problem from couple of months ago which we discovered that QR code scanning was failing due to SSL inspection settings from the firewall side.

How were you able to identify it was the SSL Inspection settings on the Firewall?

Does "troubleshooting steps" include un-assigning the token from the user, and then re-attaching it to them? I got that now and then when re-distributing an existing assigned token to a user with a new phone.

Hassan, we had to play with the SSL Inspection - but this seemed to resolve our issue. Thank you.

We tried un-assigning and reassigning as well as creating a new one. We also had the user keep trying to register and some were luck enough to work, but there was no pattern in what was working and not working. The Log files provided NOTHING that was useful - we took log files from the device as well as the server.
