RSA SecureID PIN
We are using RSA SecureID along with the iPhone and Android software apps. Is there a way to set up the system so that the app Requires a PIN? We have users who are not keying in their PIN and receiving a code from the app which is the incorrect code and locking up their accounts.

@RPepe Only way to setup Software token application itself to request for a PIN is using "PINPad-style".
Here are different styles:
-
PINPad-style. The user must enter a PIN in the software token application to generate the passcode. PINPad-style tokens only allow numeric PINs.
-
Fob-style. The user must enter the PIN, followed by the tokencode when logging on to the resource protected by SecurID. Fob-style tokens allow alphanumeric PINs.
-
Tokencode. The user enters a tokencode. No PIN is required.
