I currently use the RSA default backup on my Servers. I'm looking to upgrade to 8.2 and need to be informed what backup agents are available on my RSA SecureID appliances?
I am not sure what you mean by 'backup agents' ?
You can make backups of the primary, on the operations console and save them to local disk, nfs mount, or CIFS.
