I need to register again with this site? I just used my SCOL login, when i try and register or re-register it says I already have an account and nothing else can be clicked on
If you had a SCOL login, you should not need to reregister. I am thinking permissions that allow you access to downloads are set improperly and just need to be tweaked. Please contact support at (800) 995-5095, option 3 or by emailing email@example.com for assistance in resolving the issue.
Thank you for opening a support case for this issue. We are actively investigating to see why you weren't automatically granted the access to the product downloads that you need, but in the meantime I was able to grant you access to all SecurID downloads, which means you should now be able to access the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid/authentication-manager-81/downloads?sr=search&searchId=4fe1d662-c971-4d98-b40b-faadfb9b20e5&searchIndex=1 page.
