How to change RSA ACE/Server password when in Change Required mode
Password Enabled; Change Required
New PIN mode
Resolution
When you log in for the first time with a password, you are required to change it. Here is an example of the Change Password dialog with explanations for each step:

1. $ ./sdshell

2. Enter PASSCODE: (this is where you enter your initial password requiring change)

3. Enter your new PIN, containing 4 to 8 characters

or

<Ctrl D> to cancel the New PIN procedure

4. Enter your new password. This can be the same as the old password. You see the message:

    Please re-enter new PIN:

5. Re-enter the new password

6. Wait for the code on your token to change, then log in with the new PIN. You see the message:

    Enter PASSCODE:

7. Enter the new Password again (you do not have to wait before re-entering it). You see the message:

    PASSCODE Accepted
    $

NOTE: The message "Enter your new PIN" can sometimes be confusing. Users may think they are setting a PIN, when they are only using the PIN to log in.
