Password Capture Tool is not creating password synchronization requests in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
After a user's password is changed in the Active Directory, the password capture tool fails to create a change request to synchronize the user's password.
Cause
Previous Webservices calls for Password Capture were not compatible with the Trusted Applications Webservices feature.  RSA Governance & Lifecycle.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions/patches:
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P08
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P01
