Issue
Connector logs are not showing on the UI (AFX > Connectors > click on a connector > Logs), and this issue affects all or some of the connectors. The Connector logs may also be outdated, with timestamps days old.
Note: The Connector logs are present on the corresponding AFX Server host and pulled/updated in the ACM database, and can also be downloaded from the UI be clicking on Download Connector Logs button.
Cause
Logs in the application UI are displayed based on the Connector ID. However, when multiple requests are sent from the application, the Connector ID is not updated correctly in the log files. This results in logs not being reflected properly on the UI.
Resolution
This is resolved in the following version/patch:
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P011
