Menu tabs are not visible in the user interface after upgrading to version 7.1.1 of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
After upgrading to RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1, when users login, they are missing the menu tabs. The following error can be seen when viewing the page in the browser's developer tools:

<p>You don't have permission to access /aveksa/rest/localizedstrings
Cause
We have seen this issue when using SSO but here may be other situations where this occurs.

This is a known issue reported in engineering tickets ACM-98899 and ACM-100319.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P03
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0
