$ afx start
Cannot connect to RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle. The watchdog will start AFX when it can connect
to RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.
- The RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle application and database are running.
- You are executing afx start as the afx user.
