Accessing the Portal via IWA always prompt for sign in access authorization over the IWA server URL.

Resolution
- Open Internet Options:
- Go to Control Panel > Internet Options
- Local Intranet Zone:
- In the Security tab, click on Local Intranet.
- Click Sites > Advanced.
- Add the URL of the website (in your case, https://iwa.rsalab.com) to the list of trusted intranet sites.
- Enable Automatic Login:
- In the Security tab, click Custom Level.
- Scroll down to the User Authentication section and select Automatic logon only in Intranet zone or Automatic login using current user and password. ( Both should work)
- Apply and OK to save the settings.
