UPDATE: This advisory has been updated to correct some issues with the hyperlinks, and to include additional information about how to verify your authenticator after it has been configured.

RSA will soon enhance the authentication experience for the RSA Community, myRSA, and the RSA Partner Portal. The existing authentication system will be replaced with RSA ID Plus. This change is expected to occur in February 2025.

As part of this new experience, users will no longer leverage security questions or On-Demand Authentication (ODA) for their step-up authentication. Instead, users will leverage multi-factor authentication (MFA) authenticators to log in. Users will be able to configure the RSA Authenticator app, a FIDO security key, and/or Windows Hello as an MFA authenticator to access these resources.

To ensure that your login ability is not interrupted, it is strongly recommended that you set up your MFA authenticator(s) prior to the system cutover. This can be done any time by visiting the Authenticator Enrollment page. Click here for step-by-step instructions for setting up your MFA authenticator.

If you wish to verify your MFA authenticator after it has been configured, or if you wish to configure more than one authenticator, then you can do so by following the instructions in this article.

If you experience any issues with configuring your MFA authenticator(s), please contact RSA Support for further assistance.
