Applies To

This article applies to RSA customers and partners who have not yet configured a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) authenticator for the RSA single sign-on (SSO) portal.

Issue

Beginning in 2025, at least one MFA authenticator must be configured before a customer or partner can log in successfully to the RSA Community, the RSA Partner Portal, or to myRSA.

Resolution

Assuming you have already registered for an account and have a valid username and password, you can perform the steps below to set up your first MFA authenticator.

  1. Navigate to the Authenticator Enrollment page.
  2. Enter your User ID (which is your email address) where prompted.
  3. Enter your password where prompted.
  4. Check your email where you should have received an email from noreply@securid.com with a one-time validation code.
  5. Enter the validation code where prompted.

    Enter Validation Code screen

  6. Optionally select the Remember this browser checkbox and click the Continue button.
  7. Click the Register an authenticator button.

    The My Authenticators page
  8. Click on the type of authenticator you wish to configure.

    Select an authenticator type
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your authenticator.

Once you have configured at least one authenticator, you are ready to log in to the RSA Community, the RSA Partner Portal, or myRSA, depending on which portal(s) you are permitted to access.
