This is a known issue in the following versions:

  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P05
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0
Issue
"Maintain" button was added to the high-level role review page in fine-grained role reviews.
There was no option available to rename this button as described below,

Resolution
Changes were implemented and the behavior has been changed in the following versions. 
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P03
Added a field to rename High-Level Maintain state as per the below screenshot
