Issue
After upgrading from RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.1 P02 to 7.0.1 P03, almost every screen results in the following error message:

The request could not be handled

The page is then inaccessible and the system is basically unusable.

Cause
This problem can occur when the ForcePageCleanup custom attribute is set under Admin > System > Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where the Custom settings are defined:

Resolution
This is a bug (ACM-74697) and fixed in 7.0.1 P04 and 7.0.2 P02. For more information on custom attributes, please see article 000028170 on how to use custom settings for ACM UI.

Workaround
Disable the custom attribute and logout and back into RSA G&L
  1. Go to Admin > System > Settings > Edit.
  2. Scroll to the bottom where the Custom settings are defined
  3. Click on the x to the far right.
  4. Click OK.
