Authenticate OTP is not working in hybrid environment although the connection between the AM and CAS is working

Issue
Authenticate OTP is not working with AM protected resources in a Hybrid environment despite the connection is healthy and the token is working fine. 
Cause
A legacy setting for checking with Cloud authentication, if customer using Direct Connect to Cloud and embedded IDR this setting is not required.
If this setting is enabled OTP authentication to CAS go via IDR and the environment IDR connection is failing
Resolution
  1.  Go to OC ->Deployment Configuration -> RSA SecurID Authenticate App.
  2. Uncheck the box for Authenticate App.image.png
