Supported AM Upgrade Paths

This section provides a summary of the available upgrade paths to currently supported versions of AM. You can upgrade to currently supported versions from previous versions of AM that are still supported. Paths include upgrading from one release to a later release of the same version of AM.

Notes:

  • Kindly check the Product version Life Cycle for SecurID to note the end of support of each version.
  • When upgrading from AM 8.7 SP1 to the AM 8.7 SP1 Patch 1, we recommend applying AM 8.7 SP1 Patch 1 HF1 immediately after the upgrade. This hotfix addresses a critical issue with PostgreSQL that can corrupt the D8 indexes.
  • The upgrade path indicated here includes AM versions which are no longer supported. As of November 2024, the earliest AM version supported is V8.6.

For more information on the AM upgrade path and process, see AM Upgrade Process on RSA Community.
