Canceled Change Requests show as Canceled by System instead of the User who Canceled the Request in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When a user cancels a change request, the request shows as having been canceled by System.

In the example below, Rita Book both created the request and canceled the request. However, the request shows as canceled by System:

The expected behavior is that the request would show as canceled by Rita Book:
 
Canceled on 6/2/20 3:19 PM by Book, Rita

 
Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-104089.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P03.
