Comments and History of Canceled Change Requests generated via Reviews show as Canceled by System instead of the User who Canceled the Request in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When a reviewer such as a Supervisor cancels a request that was generated from a Review, the request comments and history shows as having been canceled by System.

In the example below, Rita Book revoked an entitlement from one of her subordinates during a review and later canceled the revocation change request. The request shows as canceled by System under the comments and history section (Reviews > Results > {Review result name} > Review items button > show all items > Click on reviewer name drop down > show all items > Click on comments icon.

The expected behavior is that the request comments and history would show the Actor who canceled the request as Book, Rita.
 
Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering tickets ACM-104089 and ACM-87813.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P03.
