Change Items depends on Account Creation marked as 'Rejected' If the Create Account Request 'Cancelled' without showing the rejection reason in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

This is a known behavior in the following versions:

  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0
Issue
When a Create Account change request is cancelled, any dependent Change items associated with account creation will be marked as rejected without showing the rejection reason.

Cause

This was the previouly the intended behaviour.

Resolution
Enhancement was done by Showing a comment on the change request that contains dependent items which got Rejected to clarify that item got rejected due to the cancellation of first request which had the create account item,

The behavior has been changed in the following versions. 

  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 8.0.0 P03
