RSA Product/Service Type: Authentication Manager Web-Tier for Windows
RSA Version/Condition: 8.x
Issue
Administrators may need to change the 'Self-Service Console' logo when accessing the Web-tiers to meet specific company requirements.
Resolution
2. Open File Explorer and navigate to:
C:\SecurID\Webtier\server\servers\AdminServer\tmp\_WL_user\authn-idp\ekj5uu\war\images\default\
Note: The above path is the default for Web-tier installation.
3. Rename 'selfservice_logo.gif' to 'selfservice_logo.gif.bak'.
4. Create a new .gif logo with the text replacing 'Self Service Console' and name it 'selfservice_logo.gif'.
5. Move the new 'selfservice_logo.gif' to:
C:\SecurID\Webtier\server\servers\AdminServer\tmp\_WL_user\authn-idp\ekj5uu\war\images\default\
6. The new selfservice_logo.gif will be immediately reflected in the SSC when accessed externally through the Web-tier.
7. Note: If more than one Web-tier server is deployed, repeat the above steps for all Web-tiers.
