Issue
Customers are using RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle with Self-Service Password Reset functionality.
The enterprise users see the RSA IMG Kiosk logo and the RSA IMG Kiosk label on the desktop screen of the workstation:
  • When trying to login after the desktop is locked
  • When trying to reset their password
Customers have a requirement to change the icon/logo to their corporate logo and the label to some meaningful text in order to enhance user experience with the product.

Resolution
The customization of the icon/logo and the label of the RSA IMG Kiosk for Self-Service Password Reset are not supported in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.

A Request For Enhancement (ACM-54390) has been raised to accommodate this request.
