Issue
The RSA Authentication Manager Prime Self-Service Portal comes with a default logo:

Resolution
An administrator can replace the default logo in the Self-Service Portal emails by changing the header.jpg file in the ..\amis\workflow\mail\templates\global\content folder (e.g., E:\RSA\AMIS\amis\workflow\mail\templates\global\content).
 
Ensure the new header file is:
  • Approximately 215x70px in .jpg format,
  • The file name is header.jpg and,
  • The file is placed in the ..\amis\workflow\mail\templates\global\content folder.
 

A restart of any AMIS or SSP service is not required.
