Editing default report results in "The request could not be handled" error in RSA Via Lifecycle & Governance 6.9.1

Issue

In 6.9.1 GA when editing the report and loading the General tab the following error is displayed: "The request could not be handled" for all default reports except for the Audit Events for the Past 30 Days report.

The above error is only seen in General Tab. All other tabs load without error.

Resolution

Deploy 6.9.1 P05 to resolve the issue.
