Entitlements missing in PV_USER_DIRECT_ACCESS view in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
User's direct entitlements which are seen under the user access tab are not available in the view PV_USER_DIRECT_ACCESS.
The entitlements are missing when they are part of any Role and even though the user did not get the entitlement via Role.
These entitlements can be seen in PV_USER_ALL_ACCESS view.

Cause
This is a known defect that has been addressed in 7.0.2 P10 and 7.1.0 P04.
Resolution
Applying Patch 7.0.2 P10 or higher, or 7.1.0 P04 and higher will prevent future occurrences of this condition.
