Issue
When a user incorrectly enters an RSA SecurID Authenticate tokencode on a resource protected by Authentication Manager, the Cloud Administration Console User Event Monitor unexpectedly shows two instances of the following messages:
 
Multifactor authentication initiated
Authenticate Tokencode authentication failed - Invalid tokencode
Cause
This is a software defect in RSA SecurID Authentication Manager 8.4 patch 4.
Resolution
This defect is fixed in RSA SecurID Authentication Manager 8.4 patch 7 available in mid-October 2019.
