If we remove the form approval node in the workflow the request will go to the fulfillment process without errors.
- Create a custom form
- Enter the required fields for the form, as shown here:
- Generate a request for the changes.
- The request is submitted and goes to an error state in few minutes, shown in the screen shots here:
The workflow gets stuck in form approval node and will show the above error.
