Form used in manual fulfillment node does not reflect the changes done in the CR created in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
Edit the default manual fulfillment form under manual fulfillment node.

Add some changes to the form.

You will see the changes when the form is saved.

But the changes are not seen in the change request.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-108776.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patch levels: 
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P08
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P04
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P01
Once you deploy any of the patches you will see the changes seen in the request too.
